Anything. Like EZ Drummer For iPad
Re: Anything. Like EZ Drummer For iPad
Cheers Elf, will check that out, whilst we are on the subject, were is a good starting point for samples, to use with ipad ? Would that be an online library or something, just that I wouldn't know where to start, if folks already know a place.

Whilst i'm here might as well ask what ios drums people use here for creating realistic drum parts quickly, I looking at drum computer at the mo, which looks good, but maybe overkill for what I need to early to say, but there are lots of parameters, that I will prob never use.

I can't help feeling you're looking to create oil paintings with a pencil. I really think that if you are wanting to create realistic-sounding drum parts then an iPad is not the way to do it.
Just IMHO.

Sure, nothing like a real drummer.
Re: Anything. Like EZ Drummer For iPad
What I mean is that creating realistic drum parts requires both extensive editing and lots of multi-samples, which is something you're more likely to be able to accommodate in the likes of NI Kontakt, a mouse and a full-featured DAW than on an iPad. There's no ready made equivalent of the likes of Steven Slate drum libraries on iPad that I'm aware of.

I’ve been having some fun with Soft Drummer which may still have a good sale price. It looks like Delay EQ Reverb and Compression can all be disabled but I haven’t checked under headphones to be sure.

I bought soft drummer too, I think the sounds are great, some of the best I have heard for iPad. The big let down for me is no manual !
I am finding it difficult to get the sounds dry, when I listened on headphones the sounds were wet, if you have any joy would be very interested to know
