This is wonderful.
I particularly liked on 39sec your interaction with the bell type sound and your playing at 1min15sec.

For me the next stage would be to make the housing enclosure curvy.
Thereafter to have it vertically at an angle so the audience could see the AirPiano whilst still allowing the musician to play from top to bottom.
I suppose I'm thinking of how a Cellist sits.
