Hi guys I do a lot of multi mic'ing acoustic guitars, sometimes 3 tracks at once. Then when I record multipul tracks and come to quick swipe comp them I have to do one track to get the favourite takes then painstakingly I have to copy this swipe by swipe on each of the other tracks. If I do a lot of swiping it then takes me blumin hours to go through.
Is there no way you can auto set this to make the other two tracks clone the same swipe commands ?
Thank you
Matthew

Not that I know of, You could cut the regions, then it's easier edit the smaller regions.
Also cut where there is silence.

Re: Logic Pro X - Quick swipe comping problem
If you put them all into a group and check the phase-locked audio and editing check-boxes in the Group Settings, quick swiping one should then make the same edit to all of them. It's best to do this during tracking before recording, otherwise I've found it can get a bit unreliable. I set the group up before recording, and have mute and record enabled in the group settings for it as well, as forgetting to record enable on of them will mess up the comping as each track will have a different number of takes.
Hope this helps!
