Drum programmes
Drum programmes
What is the best sounding, easiest to programme yet cheapest drum programme out there right now? It's likely I will be entering patterns directly to a sequencer in my DAW if that makes a difference. Thanks.

What sequencer, what computer? There may be all you need "in the box" already.

You don't have to write songs. The world doesn't want you to write songs. It would probably prefer it if you didn't. So write songs if you want to. Otherwise, please don't bore us with beefing about it. Go fishing instead.

It's a PC laptop win 10. Using Ableton live lite 8 atm but probably going over to Reaper because of the track number restriction in lite.

Re: Drum programmes
I downloaded and tried a few recommended drum plugins including the one mentioned above. Turns out that what I have in the DAW is actually quite good after all. Played around with some compression and eq and have achieved quite a heavy vibe. Maybe I'll pluck up the courage to post a mix for critique some day. Maybe lol. Thank you all again for the help.
