In short, my two main reasons for buying it dissolved rapidly within that five minutes. Re-boxed and returned.
The all white LEDs didn't give me the one mighty advantage I'd been hoping for - of being able to quickly pick out controls on stage. I do like the light-up faders, but if I can't see which is which at a glance, then I may as well continue using my KArp and a clip-on lamp.
The built-in effects are mono. A bit of mono delay is acceptable, but for the chorus and reverb I often use I would have to use an external effect, so no real advantage there.
The keyboard felt really nice - better than the KArp FS.
Of course I would have instantly been having the external PSU mounted inside the case and an IEC connector added. At least it has a proper on/off power switch, unlike that ridiculous momentary switch on the KArp.
If they ever put coloured LEDs on, like the photos of the proposed 2600, or a third party comes up with the ability to do it (one guy tried it, then ran into problems) then I may be back, but for now I'll stick with the KArp.
Just thought I'd share...
