A sign of the times. The UK is no longer a centre of technical excellence and is no longer able to access EU R&D funding and tax-breaks. Berlin has the Berlin School of Mathematics and the Berlin Technische Uni as well as having a very large number of UK and US top scientists and engineers, attracted by all the growing high-tech industries around Berlin. The cost of living is low and housing is very cheap.

I clicked at various points and it's some guy gesturing in a derelict room...? Call me back when they've plugged some stuff in.

Although Music Tribe/Midas have a large R&D center in Manchester, so it's not all bad news.
