Apogee Duet 2 Firmware Update

Hi,

I recently updated my Mac OS to Catalina, and now when I connect my Apogee Duet 2 it says I need to update the firmware. However, when I attempt to do this it reaches 50% and stalls, failing to update. I've tried reseting the unit to factory settings as per Apogees advice, but not luck. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?
