Hi All,
Every since I can remember I have wanted to do music for film / tv / gaming etc... Currently I only have two commercial tracks under my belt but am going in the direction of writing more orchestral based / electronic instrumentals for this purpose.
Do any of you have any advice on where I can go to get placements?
I am currently registered on Sync sites as follows:
Music Gateway
Syncr
Songtradr
Some of which come up with opportunities I have submitted now to a fair few music wanted but with little luck.
So do you guys just write a load of stuff and keep a library or do you write to order when you see a juicy opportunity?
Any advice welcome!
thanks!
Advice for Sync Placements
Re: Advice for Sync Placements
It might be worth looking at Sentric Music. They act as a publisher but take a lower cut than a conventional publisher. They also have a good track record of placing music with adverts and TV programs in the UK.
