I was wondering if anyone could help me on where to find customer service agents/chat agents that are knowledgeable of musical instruments and pro audio equipment?
I am interested in opening an online store and cannot find any companies that have agents in this specific niche. I have not reached the point of being able to pay salaries yet, so can anyone direct me to call centers or BPO companies that have agents of this niche?
Even if you're not sure, will you please give me your thoughts and expertise on where I should begin looking?
