I have the above mic and app, unfortunately I have none of the options ie polar patterns and preset modes. I have reached out to shure who sadly have done very little to help. The mic connects and records fine, there doesn't seem to be any firmware update options. It seems they used to be in the app, but no longer the case in the updated app I have I was also told that there was a pc version that could be used to update, again not my experience..
The only option I have is gain/volume ?
