Hi Folks,
I'm think of getting one of the T-RackS Tape Machines which are currently on sale.
I'm wondering which unit people would recommend as a general purpose mixbus processor that would work across a range of styles? If you could only have one, which would it be?
Cheers,
Chris

Does it have to be T-Racks?

In my opinion Uhe's Satin gives you much more control and more extensive features. However, don't expect a major difference if you are using an accurate tape emulation. The real sound of tape is fairly subtle - unless you are using a badly adjusted domestic machine.

Satin is 5X the price at the moment!

I waited a year until Taupe came round in Acustica's black friday sale, I think it was worth it.
