Hi Guys,
Does anyone know of some good Amp emulation VSTs which happen to be free? I know that's asking a lot. I have the Amplion Demo, but the sounds is morphed for the demo every so often.
Thanks!

Oh, crap. I do have that. I just haven't been able to test it yet. I will do that after work today. Thanks for the reminder.

There are quite a few. Amplitube and guitar rig both have free elements. There is a free offering from studiodevil that is quite good. The simulanalogue suit is excellent. The Le pou suite is also excellent. Lots to choose from, try searching the KVR website or even just google. If its a swanky GUI you're after, try searching on google images.
that is my starter for 10 but there are loads more!

Thanks everyone!
I've found a lot of good stuff. I'll let you know what I found and what I like when I get a chance to sample them more. KVR is really an awesome resource I must say!

I came across this freebie the other day, and sounds good to my ears (not really saying much that though
).
