Whenever i touch the zoom h6 screen while recording with a connected xlr microphone or a mic trough the 3.5mm jack i get some annoying whistling noise And the noise isnt there when iam using the xy mic in the recorder itself .
So is thats normal or there is something wrong with it and i should return it ?

Its on a battery that came with the recorder

Hmmm... difficult to say without detailed testing, but I'd be minded to ask for a replacement.

I used a dynamic microphone with an xlr cable and rode video micro through 3.5mm jack and i tried an aux cable insted of the rode cable and the whistling noise was so loud especially when i brought the cable close to the screen . Kind of noise that kept my ear buzzing for an hour
