Are You A Beatmaker? HELP! *PAID JOB*

PAID JOB!

Do you watch Timbaland's Beat Club?

**Have you submitted a beat to Timbaland's Beat Club on Twitch?**

Do you make your own samples?

Do you know about sonic selection? Building a catalog of sounds?

Do you know about hi-hat spacing? Low-end kicks? What makes a snare sound "good?"

If so... I need you to teach me!

I am a musician who would like to learn to make beats and write songs that Timbaland would think are fire.

Here is an example of a beatmaker that Timbaland loves: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5F6IO8Ck44A

NOTE: I am a complete beginner to beatmaking, production, songwriting, DAWs and everything. I am currently taking jazz and Afro-Cuban piano classes, though.

I need a beatmaking and music production instructor who will be available for weekly Zoom lessons.

My favorite beatmakers include Large Professor, The Cool Kids, Daddy-O ("the Quincy Jones of hip hop," crafted the beat for "Real Love" and "Top Billin"), Dr. Luke, Missy Elliott, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Prince, Dr. Dre, DJ Mustard, and Danja... besides Timbaland!

Can you show me the way to creating great beats? Please help if so. Thank you!

PAY: affordable rate for weekly lessons

You could start with having a shufti at this page: https://samplecraze.com/about-eddie-bazil/
Eddie is a regular SoS contributor, forum member here (Zukan), and comes very highly recommended.

Cool! Thank you -- quick question: what is a "shufti?" How to get in touch with Eddie?

Shufti = colloquial English meaning 'take a quick look at'

Technical Editor, Sound On Sound...
(But generally posting my own personal views and not necessarily those of SOS, the company or the magazine!)
In my world, things get less strange when I read the manual...

There's a "Get 1-2-1 tuition" button halfway down the page.

Armed with that information Hugh, the OP could be a "mill-yo-nair" next year.

Shufti:
1940s (originally military slang): from Arabic šāfa ‘try to see’.

Ooh, I do love a bit of etymology with me elevenses.
