Adhesive For Studio Foam Tiles / Auralex ?

Post by pr660 »

Decades ago, the was a place called Miller Foam Company that was not too far away. I would buy some foam panels there and also a wonderful foam adhesive.

They are long gone now and a search has revealed 4 or 5 products up to the task. However, I AM UNABLE TO FIND THESE PRODUCTS!

3m #45
Auralex FoamTak
Loctite High Performance
3m Foamfast 74

BTW, I'm in CA where everything is banned...

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Auralex have a mail order shop with a reformulated version which is VOC compliant:

Or you might find something suitable from a carpet fitter or furniture upholsterer (or their suppliers).
