i have doubts and don't have possibility to test to see about this
a three way speakers which i dont find reviews for

mackie c200 which unfortunately is two way......
i listen at low volume .....15 db
what would someone wich dosent want too good or too bad do

15dB isn't actually a volume, though you might mean that somewhere on your mixer or amplifier you have 15dB of gain (or is that -15dB of attenuation of the amp dial?).
But basically I assume you don't need a very loud speaker system.
What will you be playing through them, and what is your current set up? Is it recorded music or live music or speech etc? Presumably you already have a power amplifier (as the C200 is a passive speaker).
As you don't seem to be looking for a lot of volume, then are you looking for a good quality of sound? The C200s are towards the lower-cost end of the passive speaker market, so presumably you don't have a huge budget.
