Mackie Baby Hui Slider Lubricant Advice

Hi
Just fished out my old Baby Hui to find some of the Sliders are stiff and not moving well. I believe they are Plastic Track Type, and was wondering what type of Lube would be good and safe to use on them to smooth them out.
