Yoshimi 2.1.2

Post by Folderol »

Quite a quick turnaround this time, but just filling in the gaps really.

Version 2.1.2

More small improvements and extensions.

Improvements to MIDI-learn, and better compatibility with the earliest versions.

Command line (CLI) extensions:
PadSynth status can be read.
GUI status can be read.
MIDI source and audio destination can be read.

GUI clarity improvements.

Further revision and extension of the HTML user guide.

Better actual sound conformity across distros/compliers.

Bugfixes.

I am going to clamber over the mountain of stuff in the storage room that used to be my studio, plug an ethernet cable into my Yoshimi-Pis and update them.

It has been months of chaos here but the new studio is waiting for the plasterer now. Looks like January before he's available but he does a splendid job at a very reasonable price so I'm all over that.

Thanks Will and I can't wait to get Yoshimi-Pi duetting with the Novation Summit again because they sound spectacular together :thumbup:

Ho Hum...
That's now V2.1.2.1 thanks to cmake (the build environment), recent versions of which now require an extra instruction :protest:

Progress, they tell me
