Alesis Andromeda editor app (looking for testers)
Hello everyone!
We are currently in the testing stages of a full-featured editor app for the Alesis Andromeda snyth. We are looking for early testers to get this app ready for public release and are covering every feature on the synth as well as adding new layouts to make it easier than ever to use.
If you have an Andromeda, have experience programming synths, or wished you didn't have to deep dive through menus just to set up a mod route, you should DM us your email and let us know you're interested in being a tester!

Hi and welcome.
The forum PM function won't work until you've made 3 posts, so AndromedaEditor, you need to make a couple more posts here to get that feature enabled.

Reliably fallible.

Isn't the Andromeda rare and unreliable? Doesn't seem like a very big market...

"The Best" piece of gear is subjective.

The OP last visited back in April, so it doesn’t look like they’re keeping an eye on this thread. You could try sending them a PM as you normally get an email notification. They’ve made 3 posts, so the PM feature should be active for them now.
Reliably fallible.

Just curious, why would the Andromeda need a software editor? Isn't it pretty much knob per function?

Yes Resistorman, you are right!
Tha Andromeda it's full of knobs and buttons that make sound editing immediate and enjoyable.
However, in some sections, such as the sequencer or the arpeggiator, editing becomes difficult due to poor management of the values on the potentiometers derived from the poorly implemented machine software.
Even in the assignment of the values in the CRoutes or in the "fine" values of some parameters it is difficult to reach the right value (if not with the use of the up and down arrows); so using external editing software would help a lot!
