Yep I’ll be trundling down as it’s just a short walk.
But out of interest it says “Panel talks will run throughout the day with industry-leading experts, producers, mix engineers, and music equipment manufacturers” as well as “live music on multiple stages”.
Any idea who and at what time?
Or am I once again missing something obvious…….

I wondered this as well. Need to plan to touch every bit of gear and hear every talk. Obviously I will fail miserably but it’s still nice having a plan regardless.

Looks like the organisers have been listening - just had a timetable arrive in my email. You should be able to find it at

Getting excited now...
Just wished to clarify that due to Tileyard being a working environment of over 200 creative studios, ALL TICKETS MUST BE BOUGHT IN ADVANCE from Eventbrite. It is not possible to walk up on the day and buy a ticket at the venue.
Tickets are on sale now at only £10. Download to your Phone/Mobile or print out and bring on day (barcode scanning).

Re: GearFest UK 2022
Location is excellent for trains tubes to King's Cross or Euston.
Thereafter a wee stroll.
Also for persons residing in London
(approx 30mins by bus from where I am currently).
British Library just about 10min stroll from location.
St Pancras Renaissance hotel with its classic 1860s architecture just about 10 min stroll from location.
Lots of eateries dotted around.
If it gets a bit stuffy, there's the canal nearby for a breather.
Would liked to have been there for the fly by seat of pants energy of any such first time venture.
(Wearing my mask and hoodie looking like I'm aboot to leg it with some massive gear !
Bummed to have missed this.
Was watching wimbledon would gladly swapped for this).
