so let me start off with i have a left a hidden cam on my counter at home to see what goes on when i am not home and i came accross what sounds like voices but there very faint and sound like whispering and some sounds that got me a little worried seeing my wife was the only one home ive tried playing it slow mo and adjusting the eq but i am having trouble clearing it up and i am hoping someone hear could help me out by informing me on a a comp program that can do this for me or possibily explaining how i can accomplish this or even doing it for me either way any help is appreciated

I can't help with suggesting a suitable app (I'm sure others will be along shortly) but I thought it worth pointing out that, depending on where in the world you live, using a hidden camera/microphone to record others without their knowledge may be illegal, even if in your own home.
You probably need to make contact with a forensic audio specialist. There are tools around that would probably work but they aren't easy to use as they are more at the research stage rather than generally available as an easy to use program.
