No, they are random colours and won’t synchronise with the music.

I was so disappointed when the colors stopped after only an hour and the other 9 hours were black :D

Anyhow, you could look for real time audio visualizer apps for your device and use a projector.

I seem to remember back in pre-history Windows media player had a pretty good music visualiser.
