Recording Secrets For The Small Studio 2nd Edition

Post by Hugh Robjohns »

I thought forum members might appreciate an advanced heads-up notice that a new and much enhanced edition of the genuinely excellent and highly recommended Recording Secrets For The Small Studio book (by that awfully nice and very clever Mike Senior bloke) is due out next Wednesday (16th Nov).

https://cambridge-mt.com/rs2/main/

Apparently, Mike has a special launch week promotion planned with some worthwhile bonus material for early purchasers, so check out his website for details.

And while I'm singing his praises, Mike has also released a nice video explaining stereo microphone array acceptance angles which is worth a viewing if this topic boggles your brain:

Looking forward to a review copy of the book Mike...

The way I approach things is if someone miles better than me done something then I'm not going to faff about wasting time trying to reinvent the wheel.

I'm just going to copy a such person : quickest way for me to learn.
After that I can explore stuff in my own way.

So yep  this is gonna be a purchase for me Mike  appreciated.

Indeed! In fact I'm actually giving away a free 70-minute video course with every purchase before 1st December, and there's a 20% discount code for the book itself too -- all the details in this freshly-penned SOS News article.

Would be delighted to ping you a copy Hugh! Presumably it's the same address I've been sending all those cheques to... :D

Thanks again for the generous comments!

All entirely deserved.

Oddly, those cheques haven't turned up, so your address book might need updating. :bouncy:

Is there an 'up grade' price? And if I buy now can I activate it later for the 3rd edition?

Mike uses Western Union.

he has sent me multiple cheques in the past but, for some reason, they never get here.

So, this is like the launch of the New Testament? Am I allowed to skip to Revelation?

Sadly you need to understand the Numbers* first.

* This being an actual book of the bible means this might be my one and only biblical joke.
