Santa has been generous, and delivered me a copy of this book for Christmas, and now that the celebrations are over, I have time to read it.
What an excellent book! It's direct and to-the-point, and yet it seems to leave nothing out. It is a step by step guide, and can then serve as a reference manual going forward.
I highly recommend anyone who doesn't already have a copy, to get one.
