52 euros including vat. Couldn't resist. Downloading now but this does strike me as a rather good deal.

Agree it’s a great product but not yet Apple M1 compatible- which is a bummer for me.

The company behind BFD was acquired by inMusic in 2020. I don't know what the state of development is, if any. The product is available at many places, including direct at bfddrums.com.

If you don't yet have a full-featured drum instrument it's certainly good value. inMusic also have the AIR software; their Strike 2 (problematic for some, but very useful IMO) with set you back just $10 at the moment.

I used BFD2 for a while, but moved to Toontrack, which I found superior. :)

Yep! I’ve upgraded and it works well. Lovely I had a few extra sounds that I’ve missed.
