I am confused Can i use a powered mixer with powered (active)speakers ?
Or better I use powered (active) speaker with unpowered analogue mixer ?

This has been explained already in your previous thread.
Active speakers have integrated power amplifiers. They only require a line level input from a standard mixer (analogue or digital). The Dynacord CMS 1000 Mark 3 you decided on previously will be fine.
A powered mixer has an integrated power amp designed to drive passive speakers... but you have active speakers so a powered mixer would be inappropriate.
